Delete your LittleLabel account

You can delete your account, your children's profiles and your scan history at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open LittleLabel and go to the You tab.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This deletes your account and the data we hold for it in our cloud database, and signs you out. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.

Without the app

Email support@littlelabel.app from the email address on your account (or tell us the sign-in method you used) with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm you own the account before we delete it. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your account, children's profiles (names, birthdates, allergies, conditions and other answers), scans, shelf and history stored with your account.
• Kept, where needed: records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or security reasons; de-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you; and backups, which are overwritten on their normal cycle.
• Held by others: Apple keeps your purchase history. Analytics and attribution partners keep data under their own retention periods (see the Privacy Policy).
