Age
A newborn and a three-year-old need different things. Honey, salt, added sugar and choking sizes are weighed by your child's age in months.
Allergies
Milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, sesame, plus fragrance and latex. Listed allergens are flagged at the top of the result.
Conditions
Eczema, sensitive skin, reflux and more shape how fragrance, irritants and certain ingredients count.
Materials
For gear, toys and clothing, LittleLabel reads materials and any certification claims printed on the pack.
Recalls
Products are checked against U.S. FDA and CPSC recall notices in our database, with the notice shown when one matches.
Better options
When something scores low, LittleLabel suggests similar products that score higher for your child, with where to find them.

What a score is, and isn't
A LittleLabel score is an automated estimate from the label text, images and public data we can find. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not medical, nutritional or safety advice. Always read the physical label, follow the manufacturer's instructions and age grading, and ask your pediatrician about your child. More in the FAQ.
